Transfer learning

In this study, we explore the potential of graph neural networks (GNNs), in combination with transfer learning, for the prediction of molecular solubility, a crucial property in drug discovery and materials science. Our approach begins with the development of a GNN-based model to predict the dipole moment of molecules.

Nghiên cứu này nhằm thử nghiệm, đánh giá khả năng ứng dụng trí tuệ nhân tạo (artifi cial intelligence – AI) trong tự động hóa chẩn đoán bệnh trên tôm sú (Penaeus monodon). Kết quả thực nghiệm trên 4 mẫu bệnh: đen mang, đốm đen, đốm trắng và hoại tử cơ cho thấy hệ thống chẩn đoán hình ảnh đạt độ chính xác cao nhất 87,58% với mô hình mạng neural tích chập (convolutional neural network - CNN) Effi cientNet-B4 có áp dụng kỹ thuật học chuyển giao (transfer learning).

Trong nghiên cứu này, chúng tôi xây dựng mô hình nhận dạng trộm theo thời gian thực dựa trên kỹ thuật học chuyển giao (Transfer learning) trên thiết bị biên phổ biến Hệ thống đã được thử nghiệm trên các bộ dữ liệu mẫu và trên các mô hình YOLOv8n, EfficientDetD0, MobilenetV2 SSDLite cho thấy mô hình tốc độ độ xử lý thấp nhất là 3.6 FPS (Raspberry Pi 3 B+), 6.5 FPS (Raspberry Pi 4 B), 10.2 FPS (Jetson Nano) với độ chính xác AP (kiểm tra) trên 60%.
