The software consists of three main modules: theory, practice, testing, helping officials, technical staff, trainees, and soldiers master knowledge from theory to practice process, forming skills before operating directly on real weapons.

This paper presents the results of applying geoinformatics technology in early detection of forest fires in Vietnam. Two methods were used to detect forest fires, including (1) Using ground monitoring equipment: applying algorithms to detect smoke and fire from the series of "forest fire" recorded by IP Camera, characteristics of smoke, such as color, movement and expandable properties used in fire detection; accuracy of algorithm for fire detection with video frames is 97% and with image frames from digital cameras is 100%; Ground monitoring equipment can detect 84.

In this work, LaNi3.55Al0.3Mn0.4Co0.75 compounds were prepared by arc melting method in the Ar atmosphere. The structure and grain size were tested by X-ray diffraction and TEM measurements. Electrochemical properties and battery parameter were carried out by bipotentiostat and battery tester equipments. The results show that with the grain size 50µm, capacity of the negative electrode was 77 mAh/g. When grain size of LaNi3.55Al0.3Mn0.4Co0.75 powder use for negative electrode reduces to 40nm, the capacity rapidly increase to 170 mAh/g and other battery parameter also improve.
