A Cochrane review has found limited evidence that immediate (‘quick’) start of hormonal contraception reduces unintended pregnancies or improves continuation rates.15 None of the studies included in the review were powered to detect contraceptive efficacy. Whilst there is currently a paucity of evidence demonstrating effectiveness, there are data to suggest women find quick starting acceptable. It is possible that effectiveness may vary depending on method type.

For the purpose of this review, green bonds are broadly defined as fixed-income debt securities issued (by governments, multi-national banks or corporations) in order to raise the necessary capital for a project which contributes to a low carbon, climate resilient economy. To date, these have been issued predominantly as AAA-rated securities by the World Bank and other development banks and some other entities in order to raise capital specifically for climate change and green growth related projects.

Hormonal contraceptives include combined-oral contraceptives, progestin only pills, hormonal implants, progestin releasing intrauterine systems, depomedroxyprogesterone acetate injections, and vaginal rings. Non-hormonal contraceptive methods include male and female condoms, copper intrauterine device, tubal ligation and vasectomy of the companion. Combined oral contraceptives are a widely used and well accepted form of contraception.

Several in vitro studies have shown that polyphenols are the major contributors with respect to the total antioxidant activity of the majority of fruits and vegetables. Over 8.000 polyphenolic molecules have been identified and can be classified into flavonoids and non- flavonoid phenolics. Certain authors consider (poly)phenols to be all secondary phytochemicals that have at least two phenol subunits.

The uterosacral ligaments arise from the sacral vertebrate S2,3,4 and attach to the cervical ring posteriorly. It is an effective insertion point of the downward muscle force, the longitudinal muscle of the anus (LMA). The rectovaginal fascia extends as a sheet between the lateral rectal pillars, from the perineal body below to the levator plate above. It is attached to the uterosacral ligaments (USL) and the fascia surrounding the cervix. The perineal body lies between the distal third of the posterior vaginal wall and the anus below the pelvic floor. It is 3-4 cm long.
