The Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)/ (Environmental, Social and Corporate Governance (ESG) reports (43%) and annual reports (39%) were the most often utilized IC data sources, followed by corporate websites disclosures (15%). A minority of the studies (4%) used integrated reports, IPO prospectuses, and reports dedicated solely to the IC. This paper has a twofold contribution: first, it provides a valuable insight for regulators, practitioners and stock market analysts into the role of IC disclosure in the reduction of the cost of capital.

The present study initiates and analyzes the growth trends in area, production and productivity of sugarcane crop, measure the variability of sugarcane crop at the district levels in Bihar. The data obtained from secondary sources for the period of 42 years beginning from 1970-71 to 2011-12 and analyze by using simple descriptive statistics, CAGR (compound annual growth rate). Out of 38 districts of Bihar six major sugarcane growing districts have been selected on the basis of percentage area and production of sugarcane.

The main purpose of this study is to better understand how the post merger integration contributes to a successful merger or acquisition transaction. This study attempts to find out why the numbers of failures in M&A are so high. This study used data from two sources, primary and secondary data. The primary data was collected by in depth interviews. In fact, two interviews were done to achieve valuable information. Secondary data was collected from different sources such as libraries, journal articles, books, catalogues, textbooks and Internet.

In order to permanently preserve the quality of habitat for bird species resident to the Weidmoos, it was essential to alter the post-extraction state of the site, so that an open landscape with numerous bodies of water and moist areas would remain. The most important measure to ensure the long-term conservation of the Weidmoos as an open landscape – and therefore as a valuable bird habitat – is the so-called “re-waterlogging” of the site.

We present an open-source toolkit which allows (i) to reconstruct past states of Wikipedia, and (ii) to efficiently access the edit history of Wikipedia articles. Reconstructing past states of Wikipedia is a prerequisite for reproducing previous experimental work based on Wikipedia. We argue that multilingual parallel data provides a valuable source of indirect supervision for induction of shallow semantic representations. Specifically, we consider unsupervised induction of semantic roles from sentences annotated with automatically-predicted syntactic dependency representations and use a stateof-the-art generative Bayesian non-parametric model.
