The hydraulic rock splitter with a wedge-type splitting head has various advantages, such as simple operation, high work efficiency, safety, shortened work time, and minimal environmental impact. This paper introduces the general structure of the rock splitter machine and the hydraulic cylinder-driven splitting head, along with the method for selecting suitable parameters.

Forty five linseed genotypes were subjected to study the interrelationship among the traits at the Experimental Farm of the Department of Crop Improvement, CSK Himachal Pradesh Krishi Vishvavidyalaya, Palampur, during rabi 2015-2016. The genotypic and phenotypic correlation coefficient obtained between different traits was similar in direction, while in magnitude, genotypic correlation was higher than the corresponding phenotypic correlations for most of the traits.
