Professional competencies required in the field of logistics and supply chain management (SCM) are in the process of continuous development since the modern business environment creates a high demand for them. This study was aimed at assessing the state of training systems’ development and the capabilities for their future improvement in terms of creating conditions for effective SCM by skilled labor. Recently, Xvectors and ECAPA-TDNN have been considered state-of-the-art models in designing speaker verification systems. This paper proposes a novel approach that combines Attentive statistic pooling-based Xvector and pre-trained ECAPA-TDNN for Vietnamese speaker verification. Experiments are conducted on various recent Vietnamese speech datasets.

Trees of Shan-i-Punjab peach were planted at two spacings viz., 5m x 2m and 5m x 3m and were trained to four training systems viz., Y shaped, Hedge row, Espalier and V trellis. Maximum mean flower bud density (13.95) was recorded in V trellis trained trees and minimum mean flower bud density was recorded in Hedge row trees. Fruiting characters including fruit set, fruit retention, fruiting pattern was maximum in Espailer trained trees and minimum in Hedge row trees.

Hydrological modelling is a powerful technique of hydrologic system investigation for both the research hydrologists and the practicing water resources engineers involved in the planning and development of integrated approach for management of water resources. In present study, the observed rainfall and runoff data of 2010, 2011, 2013 and 2014years were used as input data. In ANN, input data was divided in 70 per cent, 15 per cent and 15 per cent for training, testing and validation purpose, respectively.

In this study a new AGRS system empowered by ANN-BFGS has been proposed and evaluated on available empirical AGRS data. To that effect different architectures of adaptive ANN-BFGS were implemented for a sort of published experimental AGRS outputs. The selected approach among of various training methods, with its low iteration cost and nondiagonal scaling allocation is a new powerful algorithm for AGRS data due to its inherent stochastic properties.

A total of 261 laborers in this sector were interviewed according to 48 various aspects of labor quality. Exploratory factor analysis was employed to group different variables and a regression model was used to predict the impact of the main factors on the quality of labor.
