In the context of globalization and a rapidly growing economy, financial resources play an extremely important role in maintaining and developing business activities of enterprises. In particular, in Vietnam, one of the countries witnessing strong economic development, it requires businesses to have abundant and sustainable financial resources. However, the fluctuations in the macro market economy also have a significant impact on the financial resources of businesses.

This study explores factors influencing entrepreneurial intentions among Vietnamese students, drawing from The Entrepreneurial Event Model (Shapero & Shokol, 1982) and the Theory of Planned Behavior (Ajzen, 1991). Data from 144 Hanoi students were collected through offline and online methods and analyzed using SPSS 20. The analysis reveals that Entrepreneurial Desire, Confidence, and Gender are the primary influencers of entrepreneurial intent.

In this study, financial performance is assessed through three indicators ROA (return of assets), ROE (return of equity), NIM (net profit margin). Based on previous domestic and foreign studies, the research has selected a suitable model for Vietnam with 08 factors affecting financial performance including bank size (SIZE), equity to total assets (CAP), operating expenses to operating income (CIR), risk provision (RISK), bank age (AGE), fixed assets to total assets (TANG), gross domestic product growth rate (GDP) and inflation rate (INF).

In this paper, the author studies the impact of capital adequacy ratio on credit performance of Vietnamese commercial banks for both growth and credit risk aspects. Evaluate in detail and compare the difference of this relationship between commercial banks with different characteristics. Proposing a number of recommendations to help bank administrators and regulators be more proactive when assessing the impact of capital adequacy ratio on the individual characteristics of each bank.

The article examines the capital source composition of firms providing logistics services listed on the Vietnamese stock market. From there, we are able to recognize how much an organization depends on external funds as well as how much initiative it takes from internal capital sources.

This paper investigates whether this is the case for 60 Vietnamese provinces for the time-period 1999-2010, using a system-GMM estimator and a Solow growth model augmented with human and physical capital and spatial lag covariates. We report that spatial dependence is a significant determinant of growth and conditional convergence in Vietnamese provinces. We also demonstrate that the rate of convergence decreases as the distancebetween neighbouring provinces increases.

Trade and world economic integration are seen as the impetus for accelerating the well-beings of the domestic Vietnamese communities and international community in the region. However, an understanding of the link between trade and economic integration from the perspective of Vietnam is missing.
