The objective was to compare the colour improvement of white spot lesion and the colour stability of treated enamel to after discolouration in vitro. Method: Artificial WSLs (2*2 mm) were created on the outer surface of 60 permanent premolars and randomly allocated to 4 groups. Specimens were treated with infiltration (RI), CPP-ACP (CPP), and micro-abrasion (MA) or remained untreated (UT).

This study was conducted to detect Ascaris suum, Toxocara canis, and Toxocara cati in naturally infected chicken livers, and then to provide information related to ascarid infections in humans. Ninetyfour chicken liver samples collected at a fresh market were used for this study. DNA was extracted from each minced liver sample (500 mg) by the alkaline lysis method using NaOH 50mM and Tris-HCl (pH 8.0).

Anthracnose incited by Colletotrichum graminicola (Ces) Wils. is one of the most destructive and wide spread disease, causing yield losses of 21-70 per cent. The fungus C. graminicola cause anthracnose and leaf blight disease in sorghum. Sorghum plants affected with C. graminicola show small red coloured spots on both surface of leaf; the centre of the spot is white in colour encircled by red, purple or brown margins. Numerous small black dots are seen on the white surface of the lesions which are the fruiting bodies (acervuli) of the fungus.

A leaf spot disease of Yucca plants is prevalent in India. They are native to the hot and dry parts of America and the Caribbean. Yucca is similar to agave but often forms trunks and typically has more numerous, thinner, leathery leaves with a smaller terminal spine. Centrally Distributed Maculopapular Eruptions Centrally distributed rashes, in which lesions are primarily truncal, are the most common type of eruption. The rash of rubeola (measles) starts at the hairline 2–3 days into the illness and moves down the body, sparing the palms and soles (Chap. 185). It begins as discrete erythematous lesions, which become confluent as the rash spreads. Koplik's spots (1- to 2-mm white or bluish lesions with an erythematous halo on the buccal mucosa) are pathognomonic for measles and are generally seen during the first 2 days of symptoms.
