A corpus based discourse analysis of the word “homeland” in the corpus of contemporary American English

“Homeland” is a word which appears regularly in the Americans’ daily life. This corpus-based discourse analysis was conducted to examine how frequently this word was used and whether the meanings of “homeland” remained unchanged or shifted through the three decades of the 1990s, 2000s and 2000s.
