A study of correlations between perceived supervisor support, organizational identification, organizational citizenship behavior, and burnout at schools

In this research, it is aimed to study the correlations between perceived supervisor supports (PSS), organizational identification (OI), organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), and burnout of teachers. The research was conducted from the perspective of social change and identity theories.
