A survey link algorithm for web mining

In this paper we give a survey of page ranking algorithms and description about Weighted Page Content Rank (WPCR) based on web content mining and structure mining that shows the relevancy of the pages to a given query is better determined, as compared to the Page Rank and Weighted Page Rank algorithms.
