An innovative method for manufacturing the Tuebingen palatal plate for infants with Robin sequence

Robin sequence (RS) is characterized by mandibular micro- and retrognathia, glossoptosis, upper airway obstruction and optionally a cleft palate. With an incidence of 1:8000, it belongs to the so-called rare diseases; 30–50% of patients have RS as part of a syndrome.
