An overview of research on corporate social responsibility in some developing countries and lessons for Vietnam

In order to improving CSR of Vietnameses’ enterprises, it should increase the awareness of CSR for stakeholders; form the standards, codes of conduct at national and regional level on CSR; gradually adopt CSR reporting and require CSR as a selection criterion for investors in Vietnam.
