Antibiotics efficacy on in vitro growth parameters of important potato cultivars

The use of plant tissue culture as a routine method of potato seed production would be costly but these techniques can be used to eliminate the pathogens, produce required initial material and then, use another efficient and cheaper system to rapidly produce high quality seed tubers for commercial production. Considering this, the liquid formulation of antimycotic 100x, and amphotericin-B 250 µg/ml of PAA make was used.
