Apply the oecd principles of corporate governance to sustainable development of Vietnamese enterprises in the context of globalization

The article "Apply the oecd principles of corporate governance to sustainable development of Vietnamese enterprises in the context of globalization" explains and describes the Organization of Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) Principles of Corporate Governance, on the basis of which the principles of corporate governance That is in the Vietnam business over time. From that, we propose some solutions in order to more effectively apply the principles to help the sustainable development of Vietnamese enterprises, especially in the context of globalization.
