Applying manufacturing extension partnership (MEP) in science, technology and innovation (STI) institution in Vietnam

This paper mentions the Manufacturing Extension Partnership (MEP), which has brought many positive results in STI in America. By summarizing the organizational structure and mode of operation of this program, the article highlights the experiences, advantages, and disadvantages of this program and suggests solutions for STI institution development in Vietnam.
