Arthroscopic microfracture with atelocollagen augmentation for osteochondral lesion of the talus: A multicenter randomized controlled trial

We aimed to evaluate whether arthroscopic microfracture with atelocollagen augmentation could improve the clinical outcomes and quality of regenerated cartilage in patients with osteochondral lesion of the talus (OLT).
