Assessment of the anti-hypertensive and hyperhomocysteinemic activity of aqueous extracts of tomato (Lycopersicon esculentum Mill) grown in ivory coast

The tomato (Lycopersiconesculentum Mill) is a herbaceous plant of the Solanaceae family widely cultivated for its fruit. This study aims to evaluate the antihypertensive and antihyperhocysteinemic activity of two varieties of tomatoes grown in Côte d'Ivoire, namely Locale côtelette and Cobra F1.
