Assessment of the current status of safe seafood compliance with government regulations within seafood distribution chain

The aims of this study were to determine the levels of compliance with government regulations in terms of physical environments and documents related to the hygiene procedures of the DSDCs, and to evaluate the food safety practices of fish distributors in the DSDCs.
