The study was conducted with the main objective of quantification of bioactive components and analysis of proximate composition of selected food processing industry by-products such as mango peel, mango seed kernel and groundnut seed coat. The food processing industry produces huge amount of wastes or by-products annually around the world in processing of different animal and plant sources.
