Building cultural life in Phu Tho province (2010-2020)

Building and developing culture, including cultural life, is one of the great policies of the Party and State in the current renovation cause. The Party affirmed: “Promoting the building of a healthy environment and cultural life, associated with the movement “All people unite to build a cultural life”, building a new countryside and a civilized city”.
