Challenges for Vietnam’s human resources on the threshold of the industry 4.0

Industry 4.0 which started off as Germany’s brainchild is expected to minimize the labor cost advantages of traditional low-cost locations, making it attractive for manufacturers to bring previously offshored jobs back home. The revolution will require more ‘talented’ workers who can adapt to technology rather than traditional ‘skilled’ workers. Manual workers will face many disadvantages.
