Characterization of curcumin loaded starch nanoparticles from native cassava and potato starches

The objective of this study was to investigate the characteristics of curcumin loaded starch nanoparticles, formulated from native cassava and potato starches using the nanoprecipitation method. Curcumin was loaded during the formation of starch nanoparticles at a certain ratio.
