Characterizing beef consumption behaviors of households in Dien Bien province, Vietnam

The basket of meat consumption has changed during the last decade in Vietnam, including increased consumption of beef. This paper analyzes the beef consumption behaviors of households in Dien Bien province, located in Northwest Vietnam.
