Closing the intention-behaviour GAP in entrepreneurial behaviour research of young workers in Vietnam, Laos and Cambodia

This paper aims to identify some factors that impact entrepreneurial behavior of individual in Vietnam, Laos, and Cambodia. Based on an extensive review of literature, this paper proposes 3 factors that were found to have impact on entrepreneurial behavior in some countries but not the others for empirical test in the Indochina context.
