Communication skills education for students of the faculty of tourism – Dong A university of technology

The article has elucidated the assessment of the current situation of communication skills education for students in the Tourism Department – East Asia University through a survey of 193 students. Based on this, we propose solutions to enhance the quality of communication skills education for Tourism Department students, aiming to equip them with communication skills for their careers after graduation.
