Construction of a prognostic risk score model based on the ARHGAP family to predict the survival of osteosarcoma

Osteosarcoma (OS) is the most common primary malignancy of bone tumors. More and more ARHGAP family genes have been confrmed are to the occurrence, development, and invasion of tumors. However, its signifcance in osteosarcoma remains unclear. In this study, we aimed to identify the relationship between ARHGAP family genes and prognosis in patients with OS.
