Current situation and emerging issues for sustainable development in key economic region in Northern Vietnam

The Northern key economic region is one of four major economic regions in Vietnam that has an important role in its socio-economic development. Economic sustainability is crucial to sustainably develop the whole Northern key economic region. This paper analyzes the current main indicators of sustainable development in the Northern key economic region in Vietnam to point out the unsustainable aspects and thereby presents appropriate solution recommendations.
