Design and development of machining fixture for BD65 final drive case on horizontal machining center

This machine will be performed after production hours, after operations such as drilling, boring, tapping, reaming, threading. Using a fixture improves the economy of production by enabling smooth operation and rapid transition from part to part, reducing the skilled labor requirement to simplify set-up and use of fixtures, and increasing compliance across a production run.
