Design on improvement of healthcare service process in private hospital

This paper aims to select an improvement design in healthcare services supported by internet of things. We calculated the decision priority of healthcare services alternatives using Analytic Network Process (ANP). The decision priority will then be used, in addition to implementation constraints, as a constraint in ZOGP method to choose which healthcare services alternatives that will be implemented.
