Developing an application to support cancer diagnosis based on standardized uptake value

Positron emission tomography (PET) is a type of nuclear medicine procedure that measures the metabolic activity of cells in body tissues that is well suited for detecting, staging and monitoring malignant tumours. In this paper, the authors have successfully developed the application based on the algorithm that they proposed.
