To study the clinical and subclinical characteristics and treatment outcomes of patients with ruptured spleen due to blunt abdominal trauma at 103 Military Hospital. Subjects and methods: A descriptive, retrospective and prospective study on 165 patients who were diagnosed with ruptured spleen due to blunt abdominal trauma from 2013 - 2018.
