Discretization error and uncertainty in numerical simulation of a laminar flow in a 1:3 sudden expansion channel

In work "Discretization error and uncertainty in numerical simulation of a laminar flow in a 1:3 sudden expansion channel", we aim to estimate the spatial discretization errors and uncertainties of a simple simulation, that is, steady laminar flow in a 1:3 sudden expansion channel. Richardson extrapolation and safety factor approach will be employed.
