Drug-induced liver injury is an acute or chronic liver damage in response to drugs, herbals, and any chemical compound. Tofacitinib is a Janus kinase inhibitor that is useful in the treatment of disorders such as rheumatoid arthritis, psoriatic arthritis, and ulcerative colitis.
