Effect of alternate food sources on predatory mite Amblyseius finlandicus (Oudeman) (Acari: Phytoseiidae)

In the present study, an attempt was made to explore the suitability of different alternate foods and natural hosts to rear A. finlandicus and their impact on the biology of predatory mite for the in-vitro rearing of A. finlandicus in the absence of its prey i.e. the plant mites.
