Effect of histone deacetylase inhibitors on post-implantation development of cloned bovine embryo

Production of cloned bovine has many practical applications in medicine and agriculture, although low efficiency has still been the main problem. This challenge has resulted from improper epigenetic reprogramming of donor's nuclear such as histone acetylation and zygotic gene activation that does not occur correctly.
