Effects of milling combined with extremely low-liquid ammonia (ELLA) pretreatment to enhance enzymatic hydrolysis of corn stover

In this study, the impact of milling combined with extremely low-liquid ammonia (ELLA) pretreatment on enzyme effectiveness is studied and the best conditions for pretreatment as well as saccharification are deduced.
