Efficacy of cow by products and fungicides against a. solani causing early leaf spot of tomato invitro and invivo conditions

Tomato (Solanum lycopersicum L.) is the third most important crop in India that suffers from various biotic and abiotic stresses. Among the biotic stresses early blight caused by Alternaria solani [(Ell. and Mart.) Jones and Grout] is one of the most destructive diseases of tomato which leads losses up to 78 per cent. In the present study efficacy of cow by product and fungicides were evaluated against the pathogen in vitro and in vivo conditions.
