Efficacy of sequential therapy (RA-RCT) in helicobacter pylori eradication in patients with chronic gastritis

Helicobacter pylori (H.pylori) associated chronic gastritis is a risk factor of gastric cancer. This study aims to confirm effect of H.pylori eradication of sequential therapy (RA-RCT) and compare with the standard triple-drug therapy (RCT), addition to evaluating the improvement about histology of chronic gastritis after treatment.
