Emergence and root fragments regeneration of Rumex species

This paper presents findings of a series of experiments on seed emergence and regrowth from root fragments of Rumex crispus and Rumex obtusifolius. R. crispus and R. obtusifolius gave 100% emergence in the growth cabinet either from seed or root fragments weighing 2.5 g or 5 g.
