Objective In extension to the revolutionising therapeutic outcomes of All Trans Retinoic Acid (ATRA) to induce terminal differentiation of Acute Promyelocytic Leukemic (APL) blast cells, we decipher the potential effect of a natural compound “Esculetin” to serve as a differentiating agent in Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML).
