Establishment of antifungal phyllospheric bacteria in potato (Solanum tuberosum L.)

The phyllosphere supports a large and complex bacterial community that varies both across plant species and geographical locations. Phyllosphere bacteria can have important effects on plant health. Many fungal diseases leads to important crop loss and due to limited antifungal availability and effectiveness in agriculture practices, it appears necessary to develop alternative control strategies.
