Expression analysis of DNA Methyltransferases among children infected with Mycobacterium tuberculosis

The study children were matched with age and gender between the cases and controls. Participants were explained with the purpose of the study and written informed consent/ascent was obtained. Venous blood samples were collected from all the cases and controls.
