Factors affecting talent retention in the public sector: A case study of Vietnam

The main objective of this study is to analyze the impact of factors on talent retention in the public sector of Vietnam. Talent retention is measured through job satisfaction, work motivation, and loyalty. The data were collected from 335 employees at administration agencies and public nonbusiness units using a questionnaire survey.
