Free radical scavenging capacity and anti-biofilm potentiality of six wild edible fruits from Burkina faso

The development of antibiotic resistance raises an urgent need for new treatment strategies. The purpose of this current investigation was to evaluate the free radicals scavenging ability and the anti-biofilm potent of fractions of ethanol extract from six tropical edible fruits. The capacity of extract to quench free radicals was measured spectrophotometrically by using four antioxidant models.
