Gene drive: Can this be the future of agricultural pest management?

In the first section of this review, we have summarized the different gene based technologies exploited earlier for controlling pests and in the next section we have discussed the CRISPR-based gene drive in details with its application, constraints and future prospects in relation to agricultural pest management.
