Genotypic correlation coefficients among growth, yield and quality parameters in Amaranthus genotypes (Amaranthus tricolor L.)

In the present study, foliage yield per plant was significantly and positively correlated with stem girth, number of leaves per plant, number of branches per plant, spike length, number of spikes per plant at both phenotypic and genotypic level. Yield per plant was also positively and significantly correlated with leaf area only at genotypic level.
