GIS in Smart urban planning and management: Lessons learned for Vietnam

This article is to evaluate the overall overview of smart urban planning and management, practicesand guidance for smart urban development in Vietnam, study the management of smart urban planning through the GIS systems of some countries in the world and draw lessons for Vietnam.
