How to support employment for the elderly through the intergenerational self-help model

This article explores employment support for the elderly in the suburbs of Hanoi through the inter-generational model of helping each other and supporting activities. Support provides positive signs for employment support for the elderly. The paper also proposes some recommendations to stakeholders to promote the effectiveness of the model in employment support for the elderly in the future.
