Impact of fintech on financial system in Europe

This paper is aimed at identifying points of attention that might be helpful in enhancing the fintech ecosystem in Vietnam by reviewing developments in digital payment systems in Europe. The review is largely based on information publicly available on the internet. By analysing the possible causes of differences in the speed of fintech adoption in various European countries, it is tried to identify the most important success factors and points of attention in policy development.
